SmartJack install in Anchorage, AK
Challenge
Have you noticed your floors are starting to sag and feel uneven? A recent customer of ours reached out to us with these very concerns. They were unsure if it was a big concern or if they should just wait. They decided to ask around their neighborhood to try and find someone who would be able to take a look at it. A couple of them had mentioned us so they decided to take a look at our website and what we do. They ended up giving us a call to get on our schedule to get a free, no-obligation estimate. We got them on the schedule with our specialist Eric. Eric gave the homeowners a two day confirmation call to make sure the date and time of the appointment was still okay with their schedule as well as interduce himself to them.
Solution
When Eric got to the home he met with the homeowners outside or inside the home to go over what the homeowners are looking for. He then went into the home to take a look at where the floors were starting to feel uneven, then he went into the crawlspace. When he got down to the crawlspace he went to the spot where the homeowners were concerned about and started to take pictures and think about what would be the best option for them. He then took measurements of the crawlspace and also make sure there were no water concerns since he was already down there. When he was done with that we sat down and wrote up a proposal on that product would help them the best and how many of this product as well as how much it would cost. He then sat down with the homeowners to go over the proposal, they also watched a couple videos oh how the products would be installed and how the would look after they were installed. We then sent our foreman out, he then met with the homeowners to go over the project and go though the install process as well as answer any questions they might have. We then sent our installers out in install our SmartJacks under the pervious supports to add more supports. After the installers were done putting in the 3 SmartJacks they made sure everything was level upstairs then started to clean up. The foreman on the job then took pictures to show the homeowners then went over what to do and who to call if they start feeling the floors unlevel again. He then made sure the homeowners were happy with everything and they didn't have any questions before he left.
