Sometimes moisture in the crawlspace can cause support columns to shift and settle. Our customer had called us because the support beam in his crawlspace had started to bow due to moisture. That, plus improper spacing of the existing support columns meant that their floors were sagging and uneven. In this situation, our System Design Specialist decided the best course of action would be to install our SmartJack Support System under this customer's home.

As you can see here when a customer is experiencing these issues we install a new support beam and our SmartJacks so that they then become the new support under the home instead of the original failing columns.
