Our Overall Service
I would make one suggestion which I have already to Eric. I made a down payment in July but then heard nothing for two months. Then nothing more unless i would phone. I suggest a call be made to a customer every couple weeks acknowledging your presence and that the customer is on the list. That is my only complaint.
