WaterGuard Installation in Anchorage, AK

Challenge

Have you found any water in your basement? A customer of ours had found that there was a wall in their basement that was letting water into the home. The problem was especially bad when it would rain. It was causing major damage to their flooring and was starting to make mold grow in the bathroom. They called us and we were more than happy to get them on the schedule asap with our System Design Specialist. 

Solution

Once our System Design Specialist got out to the home and spoke with the homeowners, he went into the basement to assess the issues. He found the crack in the foundation of the basement along the back wall and saw the damage that was creating. He got to work writing a proposal for the homeowners to tell them what he found, the products he recommended to permanently resolve those issues, the cost, and how the products would be installed. After presenting the proposal to the homeowners and gaining their approval, we sent out our foreman to install the WaterGuard and DryTrak into the basement floors to redirect water seepage to the SuperSump we installed, that would then collect that water seepage and send it out of the home.
