Challenge
Have you noticed a musty smell in your home? It can be a sign of mold growing in your crawlspace because of water seepage. A customer of ours noticed water getting in her crawlspace and knew that action needed to be taken soon, before the mold had a chance to start growing. She called us and we were more than happy to get her on the schedule to meet with our System Design Specialist so we could solve this issue for her once and for all.
Solution
Once our System Design Specialist got out and met with the homeowner, he inspected the crawlspace and found where the water was coming in. He immediately started on a plan to make sure we could fix the current issue as well as keep it from happening again. He wrote up a proposal and presented the homeowner with the information of the issue he saw, the products he recommended to resolve it, the cost, and how the products would be installed. When he gained the homeowner's approval, we sent out our foreman to install our SuperSump and SmartPipe to collect the stray water and send it back out of the house, and our SaniDry Dehumidifier to ensure there was no extra moisture forming in the crawlspace, therefore ensuring there would be no mold or mildew growth.
