Challenge

Do you have falling fiberglass insulation in your crawlspace? A customer of ours did, it was falling and creating a mess, and starting to grow mold. They called us as soon as they discovered the issues with their insulation wanting to know if we had a better insulation alternative. We were more than happy to get them on the schedule with one of our System Design Specialists to find them a permanent and clean solution. 

Solution

Once our System Design Specialist got out and met with the homeowner, he got to work inspecting the crawlspace. He saw the insulation was falling apart, collecting and growing mold and mildew, and holding lots of moisture in the crawlspace. He wrote up a proposal for the customer that informed them about the products he recommended, the cost, and how the products would be installed. When he gained the homeowners approval, we sent out our foreman to install our SilverGlo insulation system that stops air leaks, never loses R-value, and never absorbs moisture, so it can't encourage growth of mold and mildew in the crawlspace.
