Wet Crawl Space in Anchorage AK
Challenge
A homeowner had concerns of water in their crawlspace, even after already using a sump pump. Our System Design Specialist met with them and discussed their worries and observations. He found that their sump pump needed to be replaced and that a perimeter drainage system would be a proactive and permanent solution.
Solution
Our team replaced the sump pump with our SmartPipe and SuperSump. The SuperSump includes the most reliable pump available, a WaterWatch alarm system, and the patented SuperLiner with Airtight lid. To address the drainage issue, we installed Smart Pipe around the perimeter of the crawlspace. This drainage system is designed with holes on the top and front under a filter fabric that accepts water from the soil and drains it to the sump pump location.
