Foundation Leak
This is a photo of the crawlspace before we installed any products. You can see the water seeping in and cause a mess in this crawlspace.
After Install
Our Smartpipe has been installed and the vapor barrier was placed back over our product. Now is any water that tries to get in, it will be caught by our Smartpipe and will drain to the SmartSump.
SmartSump
This is our sump once installed. The Smartpipe will catch any water that may come in and will drain it here to our SmartSump. The Sump will then kick the water out to the exterior of the home through a discharge line.
SaniDry
This crawlspace also had a high moisture level which can be very unhealthy for the people living in the home. To eliminate this problem we also installed our SaniDry dehumidifier in the crawlspace to regulate the moisture levels and prevent mold.
