A recent client called in concerned about having uneven floors. Moisture changes and natural forces cause floor joists to sag and bend. The SmartJack system stabilizes those crawlspace floor joists and beams with the ability to support loads far greater than just what the common floor columns can. Because of floor squeaking, a client was looking for some crawlspace support. SmartJacks were installed around the perimeter of the crawlspace re-elevating the joists to their original placement with galvanized steel and aluminum footings.

Having a sump pump already but wanting additional drainage, a customer called for crawlspace waterproofing options. With this pump we installed SilverGlo for crawlspace insulation, featuring a radiant barrier that reflects heat back into the crawlspace for ultimate energy savings.

WE met with this homeowner because he was having issues with water leaking into his daylight basement after the winter. We tend to receive more call during this time as everything is starting to melt. 

We installed our cleanspace wall system along with our smartpipe drainage to collect any of the water that is intruding and directing it the pump we installed in the crawlspace.
