A recent customer called and was concerned with some water that was leaking into the basement. They were not sure if it was a big issue since they did not see any cracks letting in water. We got them on the schedule to meet with our Specialist Ethan, once he got out to the home he met with the homeowners and went over their concerns. Once he was done with that they went into the basement, Ethan knew the best products for the homeowners was going to be out WaterGuard for Drainage and our SuperSump Pump. Even though there was a previous vapor barrier in this customer's crawlspace, they still had standing water. Possessing combination of custom components make up a highly efficient pressure relief system and water evacuation system for water control, a SuperSump was installed.

A client called in needing their sump pump replaced and having concerns about the amount of water building up in the corners of their crawlspace. It utilizes (2) 120v pumps and (1) 12v battery backup system. To address the drainage issue, we installed Smart Pipe around the perimeter of the crawlspace.
