After their crawl space flooded last year, these homeowners took action with a competitor's sump pumps and a french drain installation. However, a year later, moisture was still rampant and doing its damage: musty odors, mold, and even wood rot was occurring in their crawl space. We came in and completely transformed the space to be dry, clean, and sealed from the earth—permanently. Our CleanSpace© encapsulation provides a heavy, 20 mil thick liner, manufactured in 7 layers to optimize puncture resistance, flexibility, and brute tear resistance. An antimicrobial additive called "UltraFresh" is molded right into the material, keeping the home mold-free for the long haul. We came out to install insulation along the crawlspace walls to help with the temperature, a new vapor barrier to avoid water damage, as well as a dehumidifier to control the humidity and moisture. 

As you can see here there were previous water concerns in the crawlspace. This area is used as an extra storage area and they wanted it waterproofed and useable. We installed our water system to help prevent any future concerns.
