This nasty, flooding crawl space got the attention and care it needed with our CleanSpace encapsulation system and TripleSafe sump pump system, which provides protection against the common reasons why crawl spaces flood: power failure, pump failure, and a single pump being unable to keep up with high water volume in hard rain. 

To fight high humidity, condensation, mold, wood rot, and much more, this homeowner needed a long-term solution to keep their crawl space dry. Enter: the CleanSpace© encapsulation system. To catch wall seepage and send it away from from the foundation, we installed a WaterGuard drainage system combined with our CleanSpace Wall System — then, installed our SuperSump, which can remove up to 2,650 gallons of water per hour out of the basement. 

To keep this crawl space dry and fight microbial growth, we built a crawl space encapsulation with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, which provides antimicrobial protection and a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. 

Here the customer was having a problem with water entering the basement through the window. We installed our SumpPump system to help trap the water and redirect it away from the home.
