Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A client called needing drainage options for this rental property. We installed WaterGuard which is a piping system that intercepts water at the perimeter of the basement and clean and neat SuperSump to evacuate any water away unseen.

A client had noticed the home is settling and they are getting water in the 1st story.  We installed our WaterGuard piping system for drainage; CleanSpace which is a heavy, 20-mil, 7 layer, thick liner to protect against mold , insects and dirt; and our TripleSafe Sump pump which offers 3 pumps in one, the WaterWatch alarm system and an air-tight floor drain. All of this has left our customer with a wholesome peace of mind.
