A client called in with concerns of water coming up through the crawlspace. To permanently resolve this issue, we installed our SmartPipe around the perimeter of the crawlspace as a custom engineered drainage system with our SuperSump pump, considering it is a highly efficient and reliable pressure relief and water evacuation system. We also instituted our Sedona dehumidifier to cleanse the air of mold spores, antimicrobials and allergens, along with the CleanSpace drainage matting as a thermal break while allowing water to flow beneath.
Even though a client had a vapor barrier, they still had moisture in their crawlspace. We installed SilverGlo, and expanded polystyrene insulation that has graphite infused into it, in order to reflect heat and lower the material's conductivity. in turn sending heat back into the crawlspace.
