A property owner contacted Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to waterproof a crawl space for a home in Anchorage, AK. Our team installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and a SuperSump system with a cast iron pump, liner, and an airtight lid with airtight floor drain. The Clean Pump Stand, and Water Watch Alarm System were also installed. The team removed drywall and installed SilverGlo, a polystyrene foam insulation that is graphite infused and can raise the insulation to 24%.  The crawl space will stay warm and dry and our homeowner is happy!
