This homeowner's crawl space had a very loose liner. In fact, it was already falling apart when we took a look at it! You couldn't call that an encapsulation. The homeowner needed a high quality, permanent encapsulation for the crawl space in order to protect her home from moisture, mold, and wood rot. We were able to provide that service with our CleanSpace® encapsulation system, which has a thick 20mil liner that's over 2 times as thick as the industry standard liners. Additionally, we installed CleanSpace drainage matting so any accumulating water can easily drain beneath the liner.
