Have you noticed water coming into your basement garage? A recent customer of ours noticed their garage was getting a lot of water. They decided to have someone come out and take a look at it. They then installed French Drains around the outside of the home. The homeowners realized the French Drains were not working so they decided it would be best to call and have someone else come out. They gave us a call and we got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Eric. Once he got out there he quickly realized the homeowner was going to need one of our SuperSump Pump.
Even daylight basements can see water seeping along the footing. We were able to replace the failing sump pump with our TripleSafe Sump System. Not only is this home now able to pump over 5,000 gph it also have our ultrasump 4 battery backup. When the power goes out our battery backup will save the day and keep this home dry.
Do you have an old unreliable vapor barrier in your crawlspace? Our CleanSpace Liner is a white/blue seven-layer reinforced laminate containing no adhesives. The outer layer consists of high-strength polyurethane film.
A client called in with concerns of a standing water in their crawlspace. We chose to install our SuperSump, using a combination of custom components to relieve pressure and evacuate water. To cleanse and dry out the standing air, our Sedona dehumidifier was placed in the crawlspace.
A client called in very concerned about the amount of settlement of the foundation and that it was effecting stability of their home. We installed PushPiers around the crawlspace of the home because they are a permanent solution that lift the home back to it's original position. Rugged steel tube sections are hydraulically driven through steel foundation brackets to reach the depths of competent load bearing strata. The weight of your home is then transferred from the original, unstable soils, through the piers, to the soil or bedrock.
