To fix this sinking garage, we reinforced the footing with our powerful helical piers, which shift the weight of the home from unstable soils and onto deeper load-bearing soils. 

We came out to install insulation along the crawlspace walls to help with the temperature, a new vapor barrier to avoid water damage, as well as a dehumidifier to control the humidity and moisture. 

As you can see here there were previous water concerns in the crawlspace. This area is used as an extra storage area and they wanted it waterproofed and useable. We installed our water system to help prevent any future concerns.
